Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes prohibited uses of SeedAudio.co and seedaudio2.co, including the web generator, dashboard, credits system, subscriptions, and API. It supplements our Terms of Service.

Purpose of the Service

SeedAudio.co provides AI audio generation for lawful creative, production, and commercial workflows, including dialogue, ambience, music, sound effects, dubbing, and related scene audio. You must use the service responsibly and only where you have the rights and consents required by law.

Prohibited Content and Uses

You may not use the Services to create, request, upload, distribute, monetize, or promote content or activity that:

• Is illegal or facilitates illegal activity, fraud, scams, malware, or instructions for committing crimes.
• Involves sexual content involving minors or any exploitation of minors.
• Includes non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual exploitation, or pornography where prohibited by law or platform rules.
• Impersonates a real person through voice cloning, deepfake audio, or deceptive identity manipulation without clear, valid consent and lawful purpose.
• Harasses, threatens, bullies, or encourages violence, hate, or extremism against individuals or groups.
• Infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other third-party rights.
• Uses a person's voice, likeness, or performance without permission where consent is required.
• Spreads harmful misinformation intended to deceive the public in a materially harmful way.
• Attempts to bypass safety controls, rate limits, credit rules, account restrictions, or model access controls.
• Uses the API or automation to resell, scrape, overload, or disrupt the platform without written authorization.

Voice, Likeness, and Reference Materials

If you upload reference audio or request voice-like output, you must have the legal right and any required consent to do so. You are solely responsible for how generated audio is published, licensed, or distributed.

Moderation and Enforcement

We may use automated and manual review to detect violations. We do not guarantee that all prohibited use will be detected. We may, at our discretion:

• Reject prompts, uploads, or generation jobs.
• Remove stored outputs or disable sharing.
• Revoke unused credits or API access.
• Suspend or terminate accounts.
• Report activity to authorities when required by law.

Repeat or severe violations may result in immediate termination without refund.

Reporting Abuse

To report suspected violations, contact contact@seedaudio2.co with relevant URLs, account details, timestamps, and a description of the issue. We review reports and take action when appropriate.

Changes

We may update this AUP by revising the date at the top of this page and posting the updated policy on the website.
